Closing Market enables real-time communication and collaboration with countless integrated partners for title agents, and RamQuest's customers always have direct access to the network.
The Closing Market Educational Program was designed to expand agent awareness of the integrated partners while also encouraging increased use of the platform. Elements included an full-color Partner Catalog, coordinating website, and an easy-to-play game featuring a foldable board and stickers.
The Closing Market campaign presented recipients with a game kit that included a full-color guide to partner-offerings, a game card, prize promotions, and instructions.
Each completed kit was bound with a belly band that promoted the prizes participants could win, and also created a handy way to deliver multiple kits to a single office.
Customers returned completed game cards in a SASE. Game cards were designs to allow for easy folding and ensured participant contact information was readily available.
Tracking the program was important to prove the campaign's success. An excel spreadsheet was designed to manage contact information, feedback, participation levels, and more.
The campaign included a fresh website design. This new design brought the brand into alignment with the master brand and featured a large mast-head that promoted game-play partners and social media interaction during the campaign.
The new website prominently featured the partners in a quick, sortable view. Using a grid allowed for each partner's logo to be displayed but maintained the focus of the Closing Market brand.
